Effective date: September 30, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of greywolfresources.com (the “Site”), operated by Grey Wolf Resources, LLC (“GWR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Website Information Is General Information
The Site provides general business and technology information and describes services that GWR may offer. Website content is not individualized professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice based on the facts of your specific situation.
Technology decisions can involve legal, regulatory, cybersecurity, accounting, insurance, human-resources, contractual, operational, and other issues outside GWR’s role. Appropriate specialists should be engaged when those disciplines own the relevant professional judgment.
2. No Client Relationship Through Website Use
Viewing the Site, sending a message, submitting a contact form, discussing a possible engagement, or receiving preliminary information does not create a consulting, client, fiduciary, confidential, attorney-client, accountant-client, managed-services, or other professional relationship.
A GWR consulting engagement exists only when GWR and the client enter into an applicable written agreement or other written acceptance that identifies the work to be performed and its terms.
Do not send confidential, privileged, regulated, security-sensitive, or highly sensitive information before GWR confirms that the matter is appropriate and that an appropriate method for exchanging information is available.
3. Consulting Engagements Are Separately Governed
The Site may describe services, including the Senior IT Decision Review and a pilot price. Those descriptions are invitations to discuss a possible engagement, not an unconditional offer to perform work for every visitor.
Any accepted consulting engagement may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, engagement letter, payment terms, confidentiality terms, or other written agreement. If a separate written client agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding the consulting engagement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
GWR may provide analysis, recommendations, decision framing, or professional judgment. Technology and business decisions involve uncertainty, incomplete information, third-party conduct, changing threats, changing products, and factors outside GWR’s control.
GWR does not guarantee cost savings, security, regulatory compliance, vendor performance, project success, uptime, profitability, prevention of incidents, or any other particular result merely because a visitor uses the Site or a client receives advice.
5. Cybersecurity and Technical Limitations
Website content concerning cybersecurity, risk, technology architecture, vendors, licensing, operations, or controls is not a certification, audit opinion, penetration test, managed security service, incident-response commitment, legal conclusion, or guarantee that a system is secure.
Threats, vulnerabilities, vendor capabilities, software, licensing, and regulatory conditions can change rapidly. Verify material facts before making consequential decisions.
6. Third-Party Products, Vendors, and Links
The Site may mention or link to third-party products, vendors, services, documentation, or websites. GWR does not control third parties and is not responsible for their availability, security, privacy, accessibility, claims, pricing, performance, contract terms, or business practices.
A reference or link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Where a material commercial relationship exists and is relevant to how a recommendation should be evaluated, GWR intends to disclose it appropriately.
7. Accuracy, Currency, and Corrections
We make reasonable efforts to publish useful information, but Site content may become outdated, incomplete, or inapplicable to a particular circumstance. We may revise, correct, remove, or update content without notice.
If you identify a material error, you may report it through the Contact page.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site to:
- violate law or the rights of another person or organization;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Site, hosting environment, accounts, forms, databases, or related systems;
- introduce malicious code, conduct abusive scanning, interfere with availability, or bypass security controls;
- submit fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, harassing, or malicious communications;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for an organization; or
- use automated access in a manner that materially degrades service or violates applicable restrictions.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original Site text, branding, graphics, structure, and other original material are owned by or licensed to GWR and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may link to public pages and make ordinary fair-use quotations or references as permitted by law. You may not republish substantial original Site content, remove attribution or rights notices, or present GWR material as your own without permission or another lawful basis.
10. User Submissions
You represent that you have the right to submit information you send to GWR. Do not submit another party’s confidential information or intellectual property without authorization.
Submitting an ordinary website inquiry gives GWR permission to use the submitted information as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, protect systems, and comply with law. It does not grant GWR ownership of your underlying intellectual property.
11. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. GWR disclaims warranties that are not expressly provided in a separate written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the extent such disclaimers are legally permitted.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GWR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation. Liability arising from an accepted consulting engagement is governed by the applicable written client agreement, not by this website provision alone.
14. Indemnity for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party’s rights.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law must apply.
Subject to any different provision in an applicable written client agreement and to the extent permitted by law, disputes concerning only the Site or these Terms may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Prince William County, Virginia, or the applicable federal court in Virginia.
16. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site with the current effective date applies to Site use after that date.
